Service provided consists of two components:

1) Replace front outside porch door with a half-panel door (window top, solid bottom). Door specs should be metal or fiberglass with no locking hardware and must include a push-bar on the inside. All components must be ADA-compliant.

2) Remove double doors leading into the main hall and replace with a single 42-inch door that includes a small vertical window. Door would be centered in the existing doorway, with left/right interior and exterior of doorway retrimmed to match existing walls.
All components must be ADA-compliant.

a. Door specs would include a knob on interior left-hand side (opening to the right) with small vertical window above. Door must include push-bar on the inside and electronic programmable lockset.

b. Door frame interior would include vertical paneling between the existing door trim and the new door jamb frame. Door frame exterior would include tongue and groove pine. Door frame will be insulated.
